These terms of use govern your use of maximizerteam.com (the "site"), operated by Maximizer Team, an independent freight savings advisor based in Las Vegas, Nevada. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Content on the site is general information about freight cost optimization and related services. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. It is also not a guarantee of savings or of any result. Examples and case studies describe past results for specific clients and are not a promise of future results. Outcomes depend on each shipper's freight, data and decisions.
Using the site or requesting a free freight review does not create a client relationship. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Maximizer Team. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Maximizer Team is an advisor. We do not arrange, broker or carry freight. We are not responsible for the services of any carrier, broker, 3PL, warehouse or retailer.
You agree that information you submit through the site is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by Maximizer Team or its licensors and are protected by law. "Maximizer Team" and our logo are our trademarks. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Other client and company names belong to their owners and are used with permission.
The site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Maximizer Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Maximizer Team for use of the site in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100). This section does not limit the terms of any separate written agreement for services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Maximizer Team harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver.
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. If you keep using the site after changes, you accept them.
